Payment
We accept payment by card, PayPal & bank transfer (get in touch for details). All payment must cleared before items will be sent. Items that are being made as a commission or bespoke will require a non-refundable deposit before work starts.
Shipping
We aim to post within 3 working days of receiving an online order of pre-made jewellery, but most often send out the following day. If there is an urgency with your order, please contact us first to see what we can do. Orders that are being custom made we ask to allow the suggested tome given on the listing to make, but this will vary according to time of year. If there is a ‘rush order’ we suggest you chat to us first and we will try to help.
UK
Due to rising postal costs, we can no longer support free postage. At checkout we offer local pick up, delivery via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed or Special Delivery. The former postal service does not insure for any items being lost in the post, and only shows proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible once we post out purchases. For more valuable items, we suggest you choose to pay for Special Delivery, as it is the only way Royal Mail will insure jewellery in case of loss.
Postage Outside of UK
Sadly BREXIT has been so damaging for small businesses, that sending within Europe has become untenable. With changes to duties, high postage costs and changed laws in different countries around hallmarking. Sadly our hands are tied, unless you can arrange your own courier etc.
We have been managing to post to the US & Canada
Anywhere else I suggest you contact us and we can look at costs for individual countries
Packaging
Most items are packaged with eco friendly recycled/recyclable cardboard box with our logo.. This is tied with reusable ribbon and a natural embellishment. Eco friendly card or paper packaging is used to wrap and protect items as necessary. Smaller items come in a simple grey burlap sack that can be used to store the jewellery, or repurposed.
These may be posted in eco friendly postal boxes or padded envelopes.
In the interests of the planet, we sometimes recycle and reuse boxes or envelopes we have received.
